Until beginning of the year 2000 the certifications for the articles of the interior sun protection were provided by the DIBT.

For organizational reasons the tests have been transferred to authorized independent testing institutes. These have been providing since then the respective ABP (Allgemeines Bauaufsichtliches Prüfzeugnis, translated general building supervision test report,
i.e. general test certificate complying with the standards approved by the supervisory authorities for building)

The VEROTEX articles are tested and certified by the testing institute Hoch in Fladungen / Germany.

Part of this certification is the obligation to control the ongoing production according the agreed testing criteria and also to make available storehouse and production to the controlling examiner at any time.

VEROTEX fabrics in the viewpoint of the OEKO TEX 100 mark

We try to create our product range in a way that the used fiber material, the colors and the agents for the various finishing lots meet the criteria corresponding to the profile (set by the Deutsche Zertifizierungsstelle OEKO-TEX) of class IV of ecologically friendly textiles.

Sometimes this is not possible even with the latest developments in technology without challenging at the same time important properties of the product, e.g. the flame-retardancy. But also in this case we exclude that, if the goods are used solely appropriately, there is any reason for fearing harmful effects.

The articles bearing the OEKO-TEX 100 certificate are marked accordingly. Testing is performed anew every year.
